Over the last years Michiel has proven to be a capable test manager and test consultant in a variety of national and international assignments. In projects and on the line, he is capable of both consultative as well as executive roles. As co-author of a number of publications, Michiel has undoubtedly earned his spurs as far as the world of testing is concerned. He is often asked to speak at international conferences as an authority in his field and gives courses on subjects such as test management and test consultancy services. He is also member of the board of the Dutch SIGIST TestNet. Michiel is a good communicator, he is also assertive, decisive and works well within organisations being able to adapt to new situations with ease and as they arise. His flexibility of thought is very important in this respect. He has extensive experience with external suppliers and is skilled at holding contracting parties to their agreements.
